Don’t leave to chance what you have the power to change.

Who is Coach Jackie?

For most of my life, I didn’t realize that the choices I was making, like what I ate, how stressed I was, and how little I moved, were affecting my health. I was just going through the motions. Eventually, I started therapy, found the movement that works for me (CrossFit), and studied brain health, the nutrition that fuels our bodies, and how to train with our physiology. Gradually, my health improved: my food allergies disappeared, I stopped needing thyroid meds, and for the first time in my life, my asthma was under control. My body completely changed and I was stronger than ever before. I felt this on the inside as much as I could see it on the outside, too.

Even though I’ve been living this way for almost a decade, it’s still a challenge and I can’t take it for granted. If I’m not careful, I can slip back into old habits. The difference is now I know what it takes and I understand the importance of staying on track, so I choose to work at it every day and everyday I aim for balance, not perfection.

I no longer leave to chance what I have the power to change. It feels great to be in control, and I want to help you achieve the same. I love seeing my clients make progress and transform their lives. You are all capable and your health is within your reach! My approach is based on understanding, trusting that we know our own bodies, and that making small, manageable changes is the way to lasting results.

If you’re ready to put in the work for your own transformation, I’m here to support you. Let’s do this!

Jackie was awesome! She never made me feel terrible for having bad days of eating. She let me make my choices good or bad and we learned from them. I am more conscious of what I’m putting in my body and my candy consumption dropped 90% since I’ve been with Jackie!

I can't express how delighted I've been working with you. I did not feel embarrassed or experience judgement as I discussed my barriers to a healthier self in ASL. I look forward to more sessions!

Thanks so much for the seminar last night. I had some basic ideas before, but this is so much more to chew on. Cooking oil is something I never considered, and I cook a lot. I love the idea of thinking about synaptoclastic and synaptoblastic factors… for some reason, these groupings feels much more compelling to me than “things I should do” or “things I shouldn’t do.” Probably it has something to do with the framing of being empowered to choose for myself - to want to do something beneficial to my health - versus shaming myself into not doing something detrimental to my health.

You are really good at this…breaking complex subjects into more manageable, and understandable topics…and then what we can do moving forward. And I love the “why” behind it all. You are gifted, this is your niche…well done!!

I have noticed a new level of peace in my heart and mind. Having someone else be able to see and notice the same changes is powerful. This was a very safe space, felt and KNEW my process was respected as mine.
