COACHING: Fitness Fundamentals
This is not traditional health coaching. Here you’ll have your own functional fitness coach to teach you the basics or offer you a tune up. With a supportive and empathic approach that is 100% tailored to you and your goals, you’ll learn how to move safely in and out of the gym, including the mechanics of the lifts and the “points of performance,” or basic exercises that you can incorporate into your everyday.
No equipment needed; you’d be surprised how well a broom at home can stand in for a barbell at the gym!
No experience necessary; I was a beginner once and we’ll start right where you’re at.
COACHING: Establishing Healthy Habits for Youth, Student Athletes, and Young Adults
If you are ready to lay a strong foundation of health that you can build on for the rest of your life, this is your program!
In virtual group meetings with your teammates and friends, you’ll get what you need to crush your nutrition and fitness goals. Together. All sessions are affirming, positive, and supportive, and will help you see just how awesome you are; you’ll leave with a WIN each time! No experience necessary; this program is open to everyone!

COURSE: Training with Your Menstrual Cycle
Those of us with menstrual cycles can get the most out of our fitness by intentionally training and fueling differently, in alignment with which phase we’re in. That’s right, what we eat, how hard we train and in what ways we move, and what our recovery looks like should all be different depending on whether we’re in our follicular, ovulatory, or luteal phase.
It turns out that if we don't alter the fueling and intensity of our training according to where we are in our cycles, we actually end up working against our body's natural physiology, which can slow the mental and physical changes we are working hard to effect in the first place.
In this introductory course you’ll learn about optimizing the menstruating body’s performance, fueling appropriately all throughout the cycle, and transforming one’s body composition by working *with* our natural physiology.
